Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Nep-air export cargo and courier ("we", "us", or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking a shipment, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We provide international express courier, air and ocean freight, customs clearance, and door-to-door delivery services from Nepal to destinations worldwide, as well as domestic delivery within Nepal.

Service availability, transit times, and routing may vary by destination and are subject to carrier capacity and customs processing.

Quotes are based on the information you provide, including weight, dimensions, destination, and declared value. Final charges may differ if actual measurements or contents vary from those declared.

Prices exclude duties, taxes, and any destination-country charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You agree not to ship items that are prohibited by law or by our carriers, including but not limited to:

• Hazardous, flammable, explosive, or radioactive materials.
• Illegal drugs, weapons, and counterfeit goods.
• Currency, negotiable instruments, and precious stones unless pre-arranged.
• Perishables and live animals without prior written approval.

We may refuse, hold, or return any shipment that violates these restrictions, and you remain responsible for any resulting costs.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all customs declarations and for paying any duties, taxes, or charges levied by the destination country. Shipments may be inspected, delayed, or seized by customs authorities beyond our control.

Standard liability is limited in accordance with applicable carrier conventions and the declared value of your shipment. We strongly recommend purchasing additional cargo insurance for high-value goods.

Claims for loss or damage must be reported to us in writing within the time limits stated at booking, with supporting documentation.

Stated transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier scheduling, or events beyond our reasonable control, and we are not liable for losses arising from such delays.

We provide tracking numbers and real-time status updates for most shipments. Tracking information is provided in good faith and may occasionally be delayed or incomplete due to carrier systems.

Bookings may be cancelled before pickup, subject to any costs already incurred. Once a shipment has been collected, processed, or cleared through customs, charges are generally non-refundable.

You agree to provide accurate sender, recipient, and contents information; to package items adequately for international transit; and to comply with all applicable export, import, and customs laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any shipment is limited to the applicable carrier limits or declared value.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lalitpur, Nepal, except where applicable international conventions apply.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
